I love fashion show. Doing show gives me energy.

I hadn’t been doing the show quite while, until Thursday 13th March 2014.

When I create something to show I think about balance of surrounding. So I normally design with outfit image with the pieces or I style to much the balance.

But this show I had only allow to show my headpiece.

So, I wasn’t expected how was the styling to be until the day of the show.

Great! It was great accident, and good one,too!

Tartan flower

I have produced something new to traditional customers, like Kilt makers.

I love tradition and something new. My speciality is what makes them  harmonise together.

Now bespoke customers are coming to me, and I have something new to appeal to them for their occasions. My bespoke service is starting to pick up!

Customer brought special tartan cut off to make some accessories for her special occasions. I suggested to hand-make shaped flower and wrist accessories.

You can wear it on your dress or gown as well as on your hat.

From all these services I provide, I can get direct feedback from customers.

Exhibition and Fashion World

I went to Somerset House in London over the weekend.
It was a fantastic atmosphere. I had a chance to chat a little with a charming lady who I met in the lift.

She knew Isabella Blow really well, she talked to her on the phone 2 weeks before she went away, she said “Such a wonderful lady, shame, such a shame to lose her….”.
The fashion and creative world are very lonely I suppose. You need to create what you believe and you can not stop how you express yourself no matter if it is trendy or not… If you have anything to express yourself, just do it, but the way you start is not so easy but when you do a good job  the reward is  priceless.

Glengarry bespoke service available!!

I was making glengarry since I approached Kilt maker, and he asked me to make them.

I couldn’t help to make this while I was making the traditional one, and fantastic shape matching really well with wool and rabbit fur.

I have the skill to make this as a bespoke Glengarry service, with all different types of fabric like tartan, wool,  some thick and rigid material is best for this type of hat.

Preparations!!

Nearly Christmas.

I was busy packing for today,Bold Souls in Glasgow.

This year, hubby and son were putting the tree decoration together!

So not practical for my job at all!

I love nails. but when I am completely off I will do that!!!

London Trip

I went down to London for first the time in 7 years!  It has been a long time!

It was wonderful to see my dear friend. She’s been living in Zurich, after we were studying together, went our different ways.

Me and my dear friend spent a magical time, night and day,conversations non stop..

It is like the statue of Eros in Piccadilly. 2013 Christmas will be magical!

I am just wising magical moment continue as long as we do our best.

Hi, I am busy preparing to exhibit at wedding fair.

Local boutique Di is asking me to share the table!!

This time I am making the hats for the wedding customers. Exciting!

First time playing golf is first time in course!!

Basically I am loving playing golf !! I always interested in playing. I used to play billiard. Once I came to UK, started to play pool.

Don’t know about good or bad, but I enjoy playing them.

Perhaps, I love playing ball into hole?!

It was an unexpected opportunity. My son’s competition partner with adult. My hubby was planning to play, but since he is programming everyday,

his arms not great condition. so I decided to play instead of him the day before at the driving range. Hubby was looking at me

and taking video and picture.so I can check what is wrong with my shot. It is outrage to go on course without any experience.

But any  time is the first time for me. I was feeling sorry to playing awful shot to team Cave member of son! So I keep saying ‘sorry’.

Then he said ‘ Stop saying sorry all the time!’ Of course me put everybody down! End of the day, it is competition. and gentlemen and ladies sports!

Of course, result wasn’t great. I even over stretched my left thumb…. But thanks to my great ‘Jikyoujyutu’ exercise. Almost cleared after few days of

inconvenience.

Now I can not wait my son’s lesson….
