だんだんアップする間隔が長くなると、
どうししても、時差が出てしまいますが、
なるべくブログで細かく私の仕事を紹介していきたいです。
6月ごろからお待ちいただいているお客様の帽子です。済みません。。。

I would try to introduce my work in my blog .
布帛のパターンの帽子を縫ってから、糊付けをして（最近は、スティフナーという化学糊ではなく、
自然の洗濯糊を使える物には使っています。）
この帽子は、まず布帛の帽子を縫製して、それから木型に入れて、乾いたところで、糊をつけて、また
乾かして、それから縫製していきます。１つづつするので、手間はかかりますが、お客様のお好みの帽子の深さ、
つばの角度、広さ、サイズ、それから好みの布を使ったり、組み合わせたりなど色々な要求を満たせます。
お時間と御代も頂戴いたしますが、お好みの1品をお作りすることが出来ます。
At first, I make the pattern cut and sew them together, then mould it on the wood block, after dry it I stiff it with laundry sterch lather than millinery stiffner
which too much chemical to my paitient.
This type of hat costomer can choose the size, the depth of crown, brim angle, brim width, material and convination of material etc.
I would like to systematize the order much easier way.
裏地も同じ様に縫製してから、型に入れます。
そうすると表地に良くなじみ、出来上がりが美しくなります。
Mould the lining as well. Then make the finishing much
beautiful.
これからベルトを黒のものに変えますが、出来上がりはこのような感じです。
山高の帽子は、深さや、つばのバランスなどでとても相性が代わりますが、
たぶんお客様にぴったりのものになったと思います！

I will change the belt in black as customer wants. But finished hat will be like this image.
