My dad commented not so impressed as what people say
( According to my sister he was sleeping half of the film in the cinema😁),
but he said Kure looked very Kure like as he remember.
I watched this film and I thought of you, Dad….and then Granddad, Grandma…
My Granddad was taking long time combing his hair and dress in perfect every morning according to my mum. 🙂
My Grandma loved toast with real butter and Chichiyasu yogurt in the morning.
Although her dress is Kimono everyday, because she was a “Urasenke” tea master.
Chichiyasu established in 1886. Chichiyasu Yogurt started in 1917 for the school kids in Hiroshima pioneer for the school lunch!!

Keiko Itoh and Momoko Williams studied, published and exhibited in 2001 – 2002. My granddad was in Europe between 1936-1937 including in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Some of the image were in this book.
